Homemade potato salad, 2 servings
Two small / medium-sized cold potatoes (135 grams)
40 g mayonnaise
40 grams sour cream
10 grams french mustard
20 grams finely chopped cucumber sandwich
Per portion: Per serving:
Kcal: 272
Protein: 2 grams (3% E)
Carbohydrates: 13 grams (20 E%)
Fat: 23 grams (77 E%)

I would choose butter rather than margarine…
