Weight Loss Challenge 2010, update
Five days into the new year I’ve lost 1,6 kg of (over)weight (around 3 pounds).
Still busy losing “X-mas-gain” meaning considerable percentage is
water, the going will get tougher in a couple of days…

My all time low was the 28th of december, gained 0,4 kg since then, but none of it in 2010, which means I am still the weight I was the 1st. Meh.

Well, 2.500 extra calories are just 0,3 kg of fat anyway… Take a walk!
Most of the weight will come off in a couple of days, Cheers!

Still negative calories for the week though, but it does not show on the scale. Probably going into a plateau.

Pretty bad day today too…. 1455 kcal… More than normal…. Will only lose about 0.67 kg this week, in theory now…

Boys, you better start to work because i hit the road running. Going from 78,2@1/1 to 76,3@12/1 & still going south on a 3000 kcal intake.

Had a new all time low today: 98,9 kg. So I thought I’d post. I have also have had a total of 20.1 BMI units lost now. Pretty significant.
As for 2010 I have only lost 0,5 kg but it will sort itself out soon, I have not been eating like the numbers show, rather I have been on a short plateau that is now over.
