LowCarb update

After my return from a relaxing holiday i France and Spain I have been able to take my body weight in the opposite direction - southbound that is! ;-)

Today I have 280 days to get fit enough to participate in the Gothenburg Half Marathon (”Göteborgsvarvet”), May 16 2009.

My first priority is to lose weight, I won’t say “as much as possible”, but almost…  Losing all this weight will necessarily involve lots of walking and eventually running witch will more or less “automatically” improve my overall physical status. Now, thats what I call a smart plan!

Last fifteen days I have been walking 4.7 miles a day in average, I will try to increase that to 6 miles a day.

Weightloss can be achieved mainly by exercise but I will of course stick to my LowCarb way of eating which I feel have served me well so far. However there is always room for improvement and I will try to include even more of certain “nutrient-dense” and healthtwise beneficial food.
